Do West Fest is Toronto’s start to the summer, in the heart of Little Portugal (Little Portugal Toronto BIA).
This annual celebration of music, arts, food, fun, and community takes place along Dundas Street West, from Shaw Street to Landsdowne Avenue, covering 16 blocks of downtown Toronto. Do West Fest brings the neighbourhood together and draws visitors to the area to explore shops, food, and rich cultural diversity.
2023 Festival hours:
Friday, June 9th → 6 p.m. to 11 p.m.
Saturday, June 10th → 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.
Sunday, June 11th → 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Local businesses participate in the festival, with over 30 licensed patios and more than 200 unique local vendors. Last festival’s estimated attendance was 500,000 people, and this year is looking even more fun and lively with an expanded footprint of Shaw to Lansdowne, along Dundas Street West.
Since our humble start, the festival has been growing yearly and we have built a reputation as a culturally rich festival that celebrates local talent while showcasing cutting-edge international artistic projects. There is a fresh hip vibe along the street with many young artists and entrepreneurs jostling and interacting with the old guard in lively and curious ways.
Come down to Do West Fest, everyone is welcome!
